Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As we are still a small brand, we cannot refund the shipping costs for returns. These costs must be paid by the customer, unless the product is damaged or an incorrectly shipped item.

All exchanges are subject to a $10 processing fee to cover shipping and restocking of the new order.
We do not currently offer free return labels. Of course, we will refund the shipping costs if you received an incorrect item or product and need to return it.

For orders under the "Buy 1 watch, get 1 bracelet free" promotion, both items must be returned to receive a refund. If only one item is returned, we reserve the right to reject the request.

To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact page . If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted. We also cannot accept returns on discounted items.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so we can evaluate and resolve the problem.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the item you want.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If it is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and credit it to your account.
